I guess I'm missing the point of this... Why wouldn't you just reload your empty plastic shells/hulls with black powder? They work just fine, you don't spend a dime, and you can load multiple shells using crimps instead of glue.

You might try obsolete rem 57 or cci157 sleeves with a drinking straw section if you have some or can get them cheap. Also try waterglass instead of crazy glue.
It's like you have only a chamber without barrel. Once the shots are out of the adapter, there is nothing to keep the pressure from escaping around the shots. The velocity seem really low.
I have considered getting one of those for my old single shot.
I want two of them. I have a German Damascus shotgun this would be perfect.
Full brass will let you use 11 gauge materials and a full bore slug if you wanted to.
I know this is an old video, but I keep coming back to it. I really wish short lane would make these again. I could really use one.

QUESTION ? Could you not put the the super glue gel between the shot and recessed/overshot card ?? It should be easier to keep the super glue off your fingers , ( stick the recessed card to the shot & case ) , and maybe make storage easier ,, great vid. !

I use magtech brass shotgun shells drilled out for 209 primers.
Is it possible to shoot slugs out of a rifled shotgun with blackpowder instead of using smokeless via a gunadapter or even via a spent shotgun shell casing?
