Cheesy scalloped potatoes and ham *RICH & CREAMY*

Here is my recipe for cheesy scalloped potatoes with ham.

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced I used russet potatoes
1 medium onion sliced
1 & 1/2 cup milk Any milk will work
1/4 cup flour
3 Tablespoons of butter
3 cups of shredded cheese (divided)
About 2 cups of chopped ham
2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp dried parsley
2 Tablespoons onion powder
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
