    2:51:00= in question 4 option D is correct because in this question it ask about restrictions endonuclease .
    and option d tells about dna ligases which is not related to restrictions endonuclease.

    2:52:05 ma'am with due respect I want to let you know that I think the correct option according to your neet 2020 phase 1 question no. 91 is option d. But according to your option arrangement in this particular question the answer should be option a. Bcoz in ncert it is written that "each restriction ENDONUCLEASE functions by inspecting the length of a dna sequence." And here the option a) is restriction ENZYME ... So according to that sense I think the wrong option I mean the answer is option a.
    Btw ma'am huge love and respect ❤ Chapter clear ho rha hai ❤

    3:16:39 When retrovirus infects a cell of animal host,cell converts the retroviral RNA into DNA, which in turn is inserted into the DNA of the host cell and furtger copies of the retrovirus are produced in the body .....

    mam at 2:52:10 , in the question opt b given as "they cut the strand of dna at palindromic sequences".. in NCERT its said it will cut a little away from palindromic sequences, so Opt B is the correct answer for that question. correct me if im wrong mam

    Ma'am at 2:15:43 the ans is correct because...que is regarding restriction endonuclease but in option number 4 ..they are taking about ligase.... although it's a correct statement..but don't justify the que about endonuclease..

    Mam can we make artificial restriction enzyme in humans not harmful to our genome like adding methylase to hide recognition sequence but like a bacteria which use this type of mechanism for survival.......so can do the same modify our genome....to be safe from viral infection

    at 2:52:03 the first statement has written restriction enzyme which is wrong becoz in ncert restriction endonuclease is written, as not all restriction enzymes inspect dna length for example restriction exonucleases.
