Yema Cake, SIMPOL!

This is one of the easiest cake to bake and it’s made of fluffy chiffon cake with a rich and flavorful yema frosting! Promise, you’ll love this recipe! Tag us when you do this! 😊
Ingredients:
For the cake base:
Set A
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Set B
1/2 cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup water
Set C
4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/4 tablespoons granulated sugar
Yema frosting
Set A
1 can condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 egg yolks

You can replace Cream of Tartar with vinegar or lemon juice…. Same measure! Acid stabilize the meringue!
