Alpharetta is a beautiful place to stay but traffic on Georgia 400 is a nightmare. You should take a trip from Atlanta to Alpharetta on a weekday during high traffic time so people can get an accurate picture of the commute. 🏡
Not that bad during covid so you won't ger the real feel. However a lot of places will let employees work from home at least partially.
I moved to Alpharetta. I'm from north NJ close to NYC. I'll take this traffic any day. It's an hors d'oeuvre compared to trying to get into Manhattan or trying to get out from Manhattan..Now that's Traffic! Lol.
I live here your are right, but uuh eclipse by New York City standard of traffic I'll take this blip over any Cross Bronx Express way attempting to reach the George Washington Bridge 🌉 lmao. I love it here! You can't make go back the quality of everything bis night & day! Oh yes the roads here are like Glass!, No more snow shoveling! 🎉. Take care.

I love it here. Been here for 4 years in April and wouldn't live anywhere else in Georgia.
I move to Webb Bridge rd Alpharetta. I love Love this Town! The restaurants & center of town w in 1/2 Mile to main st. I came here from No New Jersey. This blows away Saddle River NJ. By eons! Quality of life, taxes are fractions less than up north utilities 1/3 the price. And! And! Barely get any Snow! You hoo! No more pushing that stuff anymore! We Still get all 4 seasons too. The weather is always great apposed the latter. Great tutorial! Thank You.

I have a question for you as a resident of Alpharetta, is it really indispensable that you own a car in Alpharetta?
@@amrsultan3540 It depends. If you plan on getting out and about - a car will be needed. If you are planning to just get to and from work (or work from home) and for groceries you might be ok initially as you get situated. It not a heavy metropolitan area with bus stops at every corner.
@@theroganreview2224 thanks a lot for your reply. I should be working from home, and I shouldn’t be moving a lot given the current situation. The thing is that I have never lived in the US, so I can’t imagine how important it is to own a car!
Ehh I prefer Woodstock over Alpharetta when it comes to the suburbs.
I just read an article from the National Association of Realtors that 22.6% of our Colorado buyers are coming from Georgia. I understand the California buyers but not the Georgia buyers. Do they like the cold now? ??

Alpharetta to downtown and vice versa during weekdays and also weekends now is a nightmare !! Kennesaw , Marietta are better place than Alpharetta, Market now here is very inflated , right from buying house to any kind of services are very expensive, !! for family Alpharetta is not a good option
This house is very dated for the price! The kitchen is small, the yard way too slanted, small bedrooms, laundry room cabinets dated.
I like Mableton a lot better
It’s huge and for the price in that type of neighborhood isn’t bad at all
35 minute drive from Atlanta on a Saturday morning? Yep. Drive to Atlanta at 9am on Monday morning? 150 minutes. One night in Avalon busts a year’s worth of family fun budget… everything is overpriced and underwhelming.
I appreciate when people keep it real and practical. Show me the types of grocery stores available because that is where I will be visiting often.
Alpharetta is joke to me, I'm glad I moved out.
