When you get to the corners of the granny square are you doing a treble ch3 then another treble or are you just continuing the treble the whole way around? I’m a bit confused because my square is curling up a bit and I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not doing the corners properly. :)
what are the dimensions for the granny square on the upper part of the sleeve? The one with just the granny square + 5 rounds of double crochet around? I ask because the granny square I made for the body is 28x28cm, but my yarn only needed 5 rounds of double crochet to reach that size. (My body granny squares are the same size as the arm squares!)
do you think the "wrong" side is the one where the string is coming out of the centre (magic ring) ? I have troubles to identify the "wrong" and the "right" side. Maybe someone could help me out :)
@@schatz9113 I don't know if you were asking me, but after increasing my rounds to 10, I had 30x30 cm squares. I made the big and small squares for the arms 8 and 7 rounds respectively. Later, I wanted the sweater to be wider but not longer, so I used her technique for the arm squares to add rounds on only the left and right sides (making the squares rectangles). Edit: I didn't get the chance to measure the final dimensions of the whole sweater (lost my measuring tape lol) but my estimate is 60cm long and 66cm wide
I got commitment issues but I pray I must finish this before the year ends😂
Thank you for this excellent video. I thoroughly enjoyed making this lovely jumper, took me a week of evening crocheting.
Thank you for sharing it so openly and in-depth!

Thank you 🥹🫶🏼
Lovely jumper:-) How many balls of yarn would you say is needed? Is this in Uk or Us crochet?, Thank you for the video!
What stitch did you use for the navy trim? I'm almost finished and can't wait to wear it!!!! Thanks for the help
Hi, what did you go for in the end? I can't figure out if this is just a single crochet border or not
Can you please tell me the size of the granny square? What did yours measure?

it is 3 doubles (US, treble in UK?), chain 2, and then 3 more doubles in the same corner space

I had the same thing, I used the same yarn but I also only needed 5 rounds of double crochet to reach 28x28 cm.

Yes it's that side, also the stitches will look different on the right and wrong side, they will look neater on the right side
Does anyone know how to change the size? ❤
I think for the sizing you can just increase or decrease the rows in the granny square
I just added one more layer of petals in the centre flower, and increased the rounds of the square from 7 to 10
What final dimensions did you get when you made these changes if I might ask? Really want to do this project as a mens L/XL!
