@ how and where can I access your 45 day Overhead program? (In Nov I completed my first Sprint race. Failed at the monkey bars and multi-rig. I went into the race knowing I couldn’t do those two obstacles. (Bear in mind I’m no spring chicken. At 69 I was the 4th oldest competitor in the Saturday Sprint.). My next Sprint is in February. My goal is to do the Trifecta in 2025. But with so many overhead obstacles I have to be prepared and able before I can run a Super and Beast. Thank you. Your OCR obstacle tutorials are excellent.
