The tolerances and technical design is mind-blowing...I'm not sure if I'm more amazed that people think up and design this stuff, or that someone can actually manufacture it!
when you remove the display you don't mention the important part for not breaking the LCD, and is because the LCD is "glued" with some stickers you have to tear down before removing the LCD, otherwise you WILL break it 4:30
Warning do not attempt this at home unless you have very steady hands and have done this before and know very well what you are doing and in for and are capable of doing !!! Any modification to any electronics without the express consent of that manufacturer ..will obviously void anything once you take it apart!

A great demonstration. It's a complicated take apart mini ipad compared to regular ipad. I wouldn't want to fix this my own. Thanks for a video.
