I can see clear similarities to the "Gateway Process" by Monroe(Scientifically proven even), as before you learn anything you must somewhat "Tune" your whole body to this resonant frequency by chanting "Aoum" and speak your intentions before every session of practice. Then the other stuff May come as you learn. They lately showed how certain sounds/frequencies affected plants in comparison to only quality light and it was really something indeed. WAY beyond expectations and really interesting. Of course it affects humans as well 🙂😇🥰
