Thanks for the comment Pat! We've just been on another trip to show some more of what the coast has to offer so hopefully we can share that with everyone soon! 🤙

Who cares about that part lol, we always bleed our fish straight up, and if we are catching undersize consistently we just move, saves killing smaller fishes, enjoy your episode.

@@stevew4260 yeah so do we mate, that section of undersize trout was only one drift over a large shoal just flicking vibes.. we weren't stressed about catching too much, just if we arsed a nice one. it was only 10-15m of water so all good 🤙🏼🤙🏼

awesome vid once again Jill n Mick. When you say it was a wake up call, was it scary or just uncomfortable? Trying to get a feel for what unfavourable tide + 30 knott winds would be like. What if you had a 2 year old on board?

I guess I was a little blase about just how ordinary that section of sea could get given those conditions. I mean we weren't in danger, but if I had to do it again I'd wait for the tide change or wind to drop. Very short, walled up but once we committed we were committed. As soo as we were through the channel area as such it was fine. Sorry mate, I'll call soon 🤙🏼
