I am just trying to give you some constructive criticism. I think you have a lot of good information but the presentation is off. Way to much hand movements. It is distracting from your points. Slow down your talking a little bit. It sounds a little to robotic. Watch the guy from Ultimate baseball training. He has a nice pace and he seems pretty chill. I am going to watch your progression and I believe you can do it. Good luck and best wishes. An old fellow PE teacher.

I think for me it's just getting more comfortable on camera and figuring out what works through trial and error, that will come with time. Fellow PE teacher, nice!
