Tycho is such a big hearted giant nerd. Exactly the type of guy you want to play a game with. Just pure fun. Not sure what his life is like, but damn I hope it’s all good for him. Dudes infectious with his passion for the game.

This BatRep is a great example of why you should always play the game out and not rage because your opponent had a good turn or has a big lead. Mike went from joking about flipping the table to winning with points to spare. Also a great showing of how resilient Necrons can be.
Thankfully my incoherent rage screeching was edited out of the video.

Great game! Really enjoyed it.
Note: by my count necrons roster is 2080 points. The canoptek spyder was left out of the list build but put on the table. It didn’t do much any ways but wanted to point it out.

As a new comer to Warhammer and all it's intricacies, it's shines through how much Tycho is clearly there to have a blast with his army and his imagination, if he takes the win it's just a bonus. I hope to meet people like him as a further my journey into the world of Warhammer. A true motivator and role model for new comers like me and I'm sure veterans alike.
These battles are awesome and Tyco makes every battle a blast to watch.

LOL, Nightbringer soloed the entire army by himself.
May have been pre dataslate or they forgot Mortarion's ignore modifier rule. Think DG may be one of the few armies that can reliably deal with C'Tan at their current point cost due to that alone.

These are the best matches imo the ones that come down to the wire in points, both players did really well and fought tooth and nail for advantage

Great game. Excellent maneuvering and positioning.
I don't know when this was filmed. And I'm only 3 minutes in. But I'm pretty sure the dataslate and errata that came out January 2024 made it where Mortarion's rule about ignoring modifiers counts against the C'Tan "halving the damage characteristic" ability. So Morty, and any DG within 6" of him, does full damage at all times.

morty ignores modifiers in an aura. he should have focused on the ctan and just wiped them off the board. the plagueburst could have done some nasty overwatch if they had plague spewers and could have just indirect focused on the immortals to wipe them out. if you huddle the plagueburst around morty they also ignore modifiers to indirect. I also dont think Tycho picked an contagion like -1 to WP and BS and forgot the nurglings have an aura of -1 to hit which can make stuff in melee -2 to hit
If i remember correctly -1s dont stack? Unless one is -1 to hit and the other is -1 to ws?

@mischa3726 yeah it get even better. Imagen some custodes are about to charge your deathshrouds. You rapid ingress your nurglings behind them and suddenly the custodes are hitting on 4's
currently I only play necrons but deathguard is def a contender if I ever play another army :) @@RW-Navigator
