No, pls come to his defense! I welcome it lol. I love gunwook so much, especially after watching boys planet. That definitely makes sense!!! It probably is also why some of the raps feel awkward and forced since it's not sincere. But he did so well and I bet if he could add his own raps then he'd be even better. Cause he sounded really good with the style of road movie, which was more rap centric. I heard of ricky working on songs! I didn't know gyuvin did too though, that's awesome :( hopefully wakeone will let them next comeback but honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't :/

I hope they see the light one day. 🥹 Gunwook also wrote a rap for his "zippy zippy" part in Feel The Pop but they didnt go with it so he sang it in an encore instead ☹️

Yeah Gunwook is the main rapper. Dude can rap rap too. He writes his own verses and is really versatile. Idk why w1 doesn’t utilize him and his talents more. Waiting for the day they let him write his own verse for a zb1 song.
The bridge, especially it's lyrics, gives the song a whole new sadder undertone 😭😭💔 I gotta say my fave in the album is Road Movie. The layers in the composition are so intricate and cohesive, I couldn't help but appreciate it! Literally streamed the whole album 1000 times by now though, loved every song 👏
You REALLY need to watch Wild Idol, Gunwook participated when he was 16 and he is an absolutely insane singer as well, he just presents himself as a rapper and dancer more (or at least his cuts, the boy is TALENTED)
Gunwook focused on rap in his first survival show Wild Idol but he’s always been working hard and talented vocally too. He was essentially the main rapper of that show but was able to show off his vocals at moments too. I’m sad we’ve barely been able to see much of his proper rapping since he’s debuted but in exchange for that we’ve seen way more of his vocals. I just wish WK1 would let him write more.

Jiwoong and Ricky (mainly) are the ones who get "filler" lines and almost never get long phrases of singing like this. Their vocality is far more than above average and the fact that half the fandom doesn't even know that is literally W1's fault entirely 😭😭
The storyline of the mv if u want to give it a read: The actor in the mv is yoo ji tae, he is basically making a special appearance as a writer working on a new script. All the zb1 members are different characters in this script. It mostly compromises of already famous romance movies that they refer to (love actually/romeo and juliet for gyuvin, la boum for jiwoong etc). The main plot is that all of the members have a special one they want to be together with but can't due to certain circumstances. The characters (zb1) in the story are against this "fate" that has been written by the writer for them, hence they are trying to revolt against it to end up with their loved one. That's why you see hanbin cutting that wire in the end as to stop this "written ending" from happening. Many fans say its also kind of a metaphor for the zeroses, and how zb1 and the fans can't be together forever, but they'll always try to change it.

Hmmm the houses just looked very American and some locations felt similar to ones I've seen other groups use in MVs that were shot in America. But maybe they filmed in both countries? 🤷♀️ honestly I'm so bad at telling locations haha. I've never been to the west coast.

I think the MV is filmed in South Korea because of the poles (yellow and black striped) but I'm not sure if those poles are also on America
