@Niko_is-a-furry yes but due to the nature of fur fabric it's almost always unnecessary. The fur hangs way over the cut part of the fabric so you really only need a tiny bit

@RaTazelsauce yarn tufts should go on after felting! I only did it on a bare mask as an example. Also make sure you use acrylic yarn! :3
