I think it's better to make full use of the English subtitle than translating while sensei is explaining. Essentially, just do the full video in Japanese with English subtitle, don't worry about translating it on the fly since it seems you are interrupting sensei and make the video unnecessary long. Love all the videos you make, by the way :)
