Grip tape is good if your hands are extra sweaty

It is up to the player...use it or not. The only problem here is that you mentioned several types of grip tape with different brands and didn't show an image of them to get an idea.

I like grip tape. I have tried table tennis grip tape but find most of it is too thick. I now use .5 mm thick baseball bat grip tape. You can wrap two table tennis rackets with just one bat tape. I like it best but you may prefer thicker tape. Just a suggestion.

Noone uses tape, it's stupid. Tape is used in tennis because the handle is plastic. Doing this to a tt racket looses feeling and gets glue stuck on the wood.

because most of the time they get the handles custom made to fit their hand size. Grip tape should only be used when the handle is too slim and decreases stability, in which case, the tape helps to keep stability at the slight cost of feeling. However, at the highest level, pros choose not to use grip tape because that little bit of feeling could be what wins or loses you a match.
