This video was made for me! I have not been inclined to try other cake pops I have seen. Most contain cream cheese, rather than the melted white chocolate, which means they should be refrigerated. Also, some people do not like the tangy taste of it. This was perfect. I never imagined they could be so easy and beautiful. I need to find some edible glitter, now!

Ich mache statt weißer Schokolade Frischkäse in die Cakepopmasse. Und den Tropfen vom Stiel einkleben lasse ich dran, gibt mehr Halt. Anschließend kommen sie für mindestens 30 min in den Kühlschrank. Dann sind sie schon richtig fest am Stiel. Durch das Abklopfen der Schokolade, kann es auch passieren, wenn sie noch nicht fest sind, dass sie zerbrechen und in die Schokolade fallen. Besser nur ablaufen lassen und dabei drehen. Habe in den letzten 10 Jahren schon mehrere 100 Stück gemacht. Zuletzt im letzten Jahr mit meiner Nachbarin 130 Stück in 3 Geschmacksrichtungen für eine Hochzeit.

Yes, there's a reason I use margarine in the cake recipe. If you use butter, the dough will be too soft and slide off the stick when you attach your Cake pops with Chocolate to the stick. If you use margarine in the dough, the dough will remain firm even if it is hot where you are making your Cake pops. You can't taste the margarine in the cake pops. I mean some people eat real gold flakes, so I can see why you would think it might be real glitter, but right next to the sprinkles at Walmart is edible glitter.
How or what are the ingredients needed for chocolate dip not to get hard and clumpy when dipping the cake pops? How to make the cake pop chocolate so it can be glossy?
If my chocolate is too thick, I add some palm fat/palm oil. It is a solid fat so it has to be melted in the microwave. It is also important that when you melt your chocolate that it is not heated up too much, so that it becomes lumpy. When you heat the chocolate, do so very carefully.
