    • @tobyzxcd
      @tobyzxcd 5 лет назад +5

      @@spartanjess0012 Yeah- Matt loves classical music, if you listen to United States of Eurasia you can hear the 1984-esc story of it and the moment it bleeds into Chopin's Nocturne is accompanied by a lot of blaring alarms etc that create a really post-apocalyptic feel. Matt's full arrangement has a few embellishments that are different from the original piece, of course, but I think what's more important was his use of the incredibly beautiful Chopin piece contrasted with the storm and wailing of dissolution in the air, hence why he called it collateral damage, government tears the world up in a way they think is righteous seemingly ignoring the sounds of the masses crying out in the background.

       @Bramantio Darkim "Matt Bellamy explained that the song was written after he split with his longtime girlfriend at the end of 2009, and was based on his feelings at the beginning of their relationship."
      The song was then released May 17th 2010, which is more than 5 months after he wrote it.
      It's debatable if the song was made *for* the movie. I guess it depends on the definition. He didn't write it with the movie in mind, it just got picked up later. But also it was only used for the movie and was not part of any album. (It was a single, though)

    I just felt things I’ve never felt before. Quite frankly I’m not sure how to verbalize this. Muse is a band I’ve adored since I was a kid and the music has worked wonders for me. Changed my life in a way even if it sounds corny. Some songs feel dark, happy, sad, angry, uplifting. I don’t know how to feel, but I needed this.
    Edit: Also I think Muse bringing an orchestra on stage would be epic. Or even a whole orchestral album. Imagine Hans Zimmer and Muse omg

    No words can describe how in shock I am from listening to this. This video was posted 6 years ago, and I cant believe Im only watching this now. This video does not just show orchestra versions of Muse songs, but it shows how creative, beautiful and genius Muse songs really are. I first find out that Muse exists when I was 10, im 17 nearly 18 now, and It was when my dad showed me this live concert muse played live at the Mayan and its always been a concert I would go back to and watch. Other than God and Christ, I HAVE to say that Muse is a band that has stuck with me for such a long time, they have always been such a influence to me and BECAUSE of Muse is the reason why ive gotten into playing guitar and ive been playing for 7 years now, I own a matthew bellamy signature guitar, and i try to perform as much as I can and play muse songs anywhere i can. There is no sentence that anyone can ever put together on how much muse has changed my life, i can never be so grateful that this band exists. This orchestral version of all these muse songs just hit SOOO hard and just explains all the creativity and awesomeness in every Muse song, Mathew Bellamy is just such a blessing and master at being a musician and I strive to be just like him one day.

      diane montuori No problem! Always happy to have discussions about music. If you like classical inspirations, you should check out Tool’s latest album. Tool has always had a subtle hint at classical and baroque writing within their time signature oriented loops. If you pay real close attention you can hear some Chopin and vivaldi violin style of writing fir the guitars in some cases. Very fugue-like.

    Amazing job! Thank you. You really could adapt this pieces to The orquestal sound. I mean, it's pretty acurated, especially assasin (my favorite), but all the other ones are extremely good. What do you think of easily?

    Grandiose et vrai, que dire, des compositeurs interprètes.... Qui s'adaptent au classique parce qu'en fait ils jouent classique eux aussi, j'entends par là, juste et avec émotion.... Merci.

    This was absolutely incredible. Knights of Cydonia sent chills through me. Any chance of a full Knights rendition🙏?
