Hapuka Catch and Cook! - Deep Drop Fishing - Don't Throw Away The Wings!

Being new to the deep drop scene, we are still learning all the fish IDs. We initially called the big girl a Bass Groper, then thought it was a Hapuka because of the jaw structure. Some more seasoned deep droppers might be able to clarify in the comments.
Speaking of seasoning, get on the gear used in this video and don't throw away the wings again!
Due to the froth levels, the weight estimation at the time of capture was a touch over. Some fishos may be able to relate to this phenomenon. Take off 20%.

Make sure you inspect the wings for worms because most of them have them just under the fin socket on the wing.
