No hesi is the server name, I belive it is a shorter saying for no hesitation

No hesi is a server for cutting through traffic but you can basically do the same thing in a solo sessiob

You can disable damage on assetto corsa, when you have content manager

In Content Manager switch to "Drive" Tab and click on the three Dots next to "Tyre blankets". There you can turn off mechanical Damage
