A goon single-handedly caused a massacre in an full-fledged military base causing hundreds of casualties and damage of dozens of war planes and tanks. The law enforcement after losing sight of him for two minutes: "Oh well, we tried."
GTA 6 is got to be better in that aspect.. I hope players can go to jail temporarily in game. Lol
