Excellent explanation but minor correction, it's not overbought or oversold, it's strong momentum vs weak momentum, once you enter 80 zone you're losing momentum, if stochastic remains above 80 means you still have strong momentum.

It's same, when you are on 80 level or above , it means over bought (and you losing momentum if you are on bull side)

If you are usi RSI, where he uses Dline on the stochastic, just set your RSI on 80-50-20 but the time frame have to be 4hrs and Daily.
