I love the shots of Shelby. When Clark's holding up Lana's necklace, you can almost hear Shelby going "Really dude? Can you just feed me already and move on?" Then when Clark speeds out, Shelby's look back at the can of food before Clark rushes back. It's like "Dude, I am literally your best friend, FOCUS!!"
He works at the daily planet and still lives in his home in Smallville. Last time I checked Smallville is a 6 Hour drive from metropolis. Surely anyone would start to wonder how anyone can handle that kind of a commute.
