I think the claim value is actually the full purchase price of the car at this point because it never worked properly in the first place, multiple recalls relating to safety issues are pending that are apparently not getting fixed, can't get a hold of anyone anymore for warranty etc, no way forward to maintain or repair anything... I'm sure we would all sue Fisker for full buybacks under lemon laws or otherwise depending on the state and 100% win every single case EXCEPT we can't under chapter 11 and there's no money anyway... Point is, our cars are completely worthless within about 8 months of delivery. Some have already been Bricks for months, others are a matter of time. I wouldn't be surprised if the remaining Oceans will ultimately be taken off the streets and uninsurable as unsafe vehicles at this point. Having offered high interest auto loans for these cars under a branded partnership with Chase when the company was already broke smells like complete fraud and a pure money grab to me... Where's the consumer protection here?
Adam, I just received the Modified Official Form 410, Proof of Claim. It’s slightly different. Git a vid in that? Have you seen this form yet? Need it emailed to you, to look at & help us all???? Thx
Got one of these in the mail from Fisker today; do you know if this is all the same paperwork as the one we downloaded and filled out as part of this video?
Magna is in big trouble, now that Fisker is gone other contracts with Jaguar ( E, I Pace), Toyota-BMW Supra and now Ineos have contracts that will expire or delay production. Henrik really f them over. I think the Austrian, Canadian, and American govt should team up and step in to buy whatever they can of Fisker to save Magna from financial loss. A lot of jobs are at risk and this could hurt 3 economies all at once. Magna is planning to open and hire people in Arizona at their new assembly plant.
Remember, the more you claim, the less leftovers there will be for shareholders. Sort of like the Fiskers- enriching themselves on the backs of shareholders (as well as on the backs of their consumers).
I would think getting money back from an unfulfilled down payment is a little different than "enriching myself." Same for those whose cars are undriveable.
@kens92743 No. Enriching themselves would be the Fiskers. The shares they sold when buying their mansion is more money than all the shareholders' stock worth prior to bankruptcy.
This isn’t legal advice. It’s just opinion. Get all your documents together. Use the purchase agreement, the judgement, etc to get the amounts. Your claim is secured, and I would think the full amount would be necessary to cure the default. I hope this can get you started. Once again, not legal advice. I sincerely wish you the best! Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help
Requested Remedy: Please provide the contact information for the software developers so I can discuss potential improvements to the software and address any bugs that arise.
@@Aslash304 I guess the idea that you could hire an engineer for 10k to address potential improvements and software bugs and have that uploaded to an individual car. I was considering wording it as such: Require that the required amount of monies be set aside for a software team to finish this work.(but this is also probably not possible for various reasons) Just over all, that part of the addendum seems either like not enough money or just a pipe dream.

Abaolutely clutch. Thanks so much firy this. Appreciate you.
No sweat! Thanks for watching
Where do I get this form? When does it need to be submitted? Signed Traveling FOO owner.
The video right before this explains it.
in the addendum, mentioned is "Refer to Exhibit “A” - Software Release Schedule & Purchase Order Invoice" is this something you have an example of?
I’ve covered it in multiple videos. Fisker officially released it in February. It mentions all the upcoming features that were not delivered
@@Aslash304 thx. Found it.

Hard for me to tell if i haven’t looked at it. If you’ve filed a proof of claim and submitted it, then you would only need to do that once
Where can I get the addendum proof, I can not find the FOO features to add for undelivered features.
I’ve got a short on it: MASSIVE new FISKER OCEAN ONE benefits #shorts #fisker #price

Thank you!
Happy to help!
Does this need to be US mailed or can it be uploaded somewhere or emailed. If needs to be US mailed what is the address to send it by US mail?
The Proof Of Claim Mailer Video on this channel posted directly before this video identifies the options.
Is there any point in this for those that traded one in for a massive loss?
Not really, but worth a try.

Thanks for making this video. This is a stupid question. Who do you send this to
In the video right before this on the channel, it shows all the information

I think the hope for creditors should be tenths of pennies. What’s the odds of the shareholders getting anything?
@@Aslash304 None, but that's how it works mathematically.

Who are you referring to? The unemployed individuals who no longer work for Fisker? Just trying to clarify
