    Eyi Nota we can't know it all, we appreciate your ability to freely dissect things though. Income Tax has nothing to do with the Employer. Income Tax is a burden to the Employee only. The Employer is regarded as being a volunteering Middle-man (Tax Agent), by ensuring their Employees pay their Income Tax to the State by paying it on their behalf in good faith. The accountability of tax still only legally applies to the Employee only. In regards to the example in the video, the business still pays R30k regardless there is Income Tax or not. The only difference will be felt by the Employee who would get to enjoy their full R30k salary instead of the taxed salary that allows them R22k only. The government would then shift the Tax collection to somewhere else for example in places like Monaco and the UAE where Tax collection is different but still collected

    Income tax, value added tax, bank charges basically people consuming less money than what they earn and corporate is always a victor because it push tax to the consumer

    If there was no income tax, businesses would still find a way to pay you that R22000 you would have gotten if there was income tax 😂😂
