@@parthachoudhury5903 Me too, sometimes I feel their must an automatic system disliking every video on youtube. Because there is no way anyone can dislike the video after watching it. Maybe Mark made 250 accounts and disliked the video because he didn't like the fact that he ate all the sandwich is mentioned in this video. Because Mark(got7) really does it everything.

you are such a gifted teacher. in the present perfect you said. " I have worked at IBM for three years" isn't it should be present perfect continuous? i have been working for IBM for three years. what is the difference between the present perfect and the present perfect continuous? (confusing) when we talk about a film or a book review, what tens/tenses should we use? Regards Abbas
Abbas Taheer It is quite difficult to explain the difference in the comments section. But if you look at this lesson at 15:20 I explain that we use the present perfect to describe duration ONLY for those types of verbs. Well, we also have a similar rule but with different types of verbs for when we can use the present perfect continuous to describe a duration. An example is we can say "I have been cleaning the car for 3 hours." but we cannot say "I have cleaned the car for 3 hours" - clean is a "normal" verb - an ACTION verb. There are many other differences but that is the main one. :) Andrew
thank you for your lessons. I can understand everything you say without subtitle, which is a great performance for me.Can you do another movie about present perfect continuous and past perfect? thank you.
Matei Andreea Thank you for your comment and suggestion. I receive lots of suggestions but it is certainly something that I will consider. Best wishes Andrew

respected sir we are not native speakers so we face alot of problems regarding grammer
so you can give us a idea how we learn grammer stepwise..like starting from tense after that we learn active voice etc
so you can give us rough idea about the sequence of grammer..
if its possible for you also post video according to that shedule..
you are so cooperative

Mr.Andrew . can we use (before and after) as they indicate to time in present perfect. As I understand we cannot use or mention time in pr.perfect.. if there are mistakes in my sentences I apologize .. I don't know English very well
Hello and thanks for the comment and question.
We can say:
"After I have washed the car, I'm going to drive to the office."
But "before" is used with other tenses:
Before I wash the car, I'm going to have a cup of coffee.
Before I drank a cup of coffee, I washed the car.
Best wishes,
Andrew
