    1. Wake up early in the morning.
    2. Breathing exercise
    3. Meditation
    4. Planned the day
    5. Running for 30-60 mins
    5. Using Time blocking technique
    6. Take a break after 1 hour
    7. Spend some time in nature before the evening
These are things I try to do to use time effectively

Inspiring as always. I like to challenge myself so I decided to do my workouts every morning for 100 days without having a day or two of break. So I do 20 minutes of yoga, 20 minutes of meditation and then the Tibetan rites to build strength. Every day I colorcode this in my journal. I’ve only reached 31 days, but I am confident that I will succeed. It’s becoming a dear habit. This morning routine gives me more energy than I expected , I feel more fit and more productive for the coming day.

A few months ago I watches a reel discussing doing 2-3 power hours which is essentially what Jim is referring to of getting tasks done, normally in 1 1/2 hour increments and taking a 30-40 min break in between.
I have found timeblocking to be helpful and literally writing out my full day and around 4pm reassessing the rest of the day, where do I have wiggle room to get things done.
I have also noticed when I am incorporating a balanced meal, workout and prayer (for my believers out there) that helps a LOT with productivity - holistic health.
Lastly, I have sticky notes and pens everywhere so its likely even if I write it down, Ill get to it at some point.
Thank you Jim for this video. I especially like the comment around batching by location. I have found that to be helpful!!

I'm curious if anyone else struggles with this but for me, the productivity and self discipline I have to complete tasks all relies on how I start my morning - more specifically how much dopamine I consume before getting to my desk. If I wake up and scroll through social media, I have a significantly harder time getting tasks done and tend to just waste the entire day on dopamine stimulating content like tiktok or youtube. If I starve myself of dopamine before I study or work I have an easier time zoning in and completing tasks. Please let me know if anyone else feels this way!

Totally!! Thank you for your comment, it just made something click here for me: When I was a child I used to think I wasn`t a morning person, but as an adult I found out I really love waking up really early. The fact is I was always like that, but the way my mother used to wake me up for school annoyed me so much I had crappy days always (she used to hit the lights and yell for me to get out of bed). As I became older and social media wasnt a thing yet, I used to have great mornings and days because first thing I did was check the SMS from my boyfriend (currently husband) saying "good morning, dear". Every day until now he nurtures this lovely habit... But as the smatphones came, i checked the message and right after got bombarded with perfect bodies, perfect lives and what I should look like, have or be in facebook, instagram, etc. It made me miserable. How can you look at your smashed-just-wake-up-kinda-gooey-face in the mirror after all those perfect models telling you to get a botox?? Just a bit after that I found Fabulous (the app) - it was just beggining, not yet beeing so well known. And it was trully miraculous, because the bedtime rituals and morning rituals suggested were amazing. So after 21h I wouldn`t use my fone at all, just doing the night tasks I selected. And in the morning, I would just "get clearance" to use social media after all the morning ritual, which included all things Jim does on his. That was the time in my life I was most productive. Then life hapens, everything spins around and I lost track of it. Thank to the video and this comment I`ll return paying more attention to that right now.

Hi Jim! For most of my life, I applied the transit time..working, reading, writing because I usually spend one fourth of my day travelling. However, when I heard you teach in one of your videos how multi-tasking is not necessarily helpful for individuals. I stopped doing stuff when I'm travelling. Just quick messages, that's it. And I have clearer mind and helped me be more present in the moment ever since.

To be more productive I have stopped watching you tube so save time, wake up early in the morning to do my routine exercise and meditation and keep reminding myself that I have to do this and that often to keep myself focus

When I feel overwhelmed I go to a treadmill and listen to mindvalley. It boosts me with new energy. I start with it in the morning and also at the evening when I don't feel focused. It works pretty well ;) Do not buy a program of overwhelming ;) just be calm and keep go

Thats so important too.. to understand that sometimes you do need a break, that some days you won`t be productive and it`s ok. Just go do something that clears your mind and energizes you. I used to insist instead of relax and it caused just more time to be wasted and more stress. Its better to spare a moment to recompose.

To be more mindful of how I manage my time, I use Ryder Carroll's "Bullet Journal Method".
When I find myself procrastinating the same task day after day, I reflect on why the task is important to me. If I cannot determine its importance, I drop the task from my list. If I determine it is important, it becomes a high priority item which is accomplished at the beginning of the day.

Plan the next day starting from the evening. Read all e-mails in the evening just to prevent burning issues in the morning and be prepared beforehand. Think about a new day as of the best ever day of my life. Start new day positively. Walk for a work, get your oxygen. Delegate what's possible. Use new skills and technologies. FINISH your meetings in time. Don't be late at home, do your exercises, go to a gim.

If I knew I was guaranteed $86,400 a day every day, I'd spend what I needed and wouldn't worry about the rest. I'll basically have a solid year's salary every day, so why stress?
Or I'd withdraw all of it and then anything I didn't spend I would invest so I could live on passive income.
    Bad analogy.
