Pym particle can affect even non living objects just like how antman and the wasp transformed the car, building and everything in it. I guess it is safe to say that thanos just used the Pym particle they got and just used it on the entire space ship and shrunk it and everything in it.
yea people miss that Thano's entire "fleet" comes out of that enormous ship... they only needed one extra* pim particle...
The Russo brothers did say that ebony was a genius level scientist and was able to reverse engineer and create more pym particles just like they argue in the video

They need tons logically -the whole point is that Thanos reproduces the process.
On the note of the Hulk/Banner merge, I feel the biggest missed opportunity is when The Ancient One pushes the spirit out of Professor Hulk only Bruce Banner appears. Instead have both the spirit of Hulk and the spirit of Banner be pushed out at the same time.
This could show us the understanding that the two came to during the 5 years by having them work together to convince The Ancient One to give them the time stone. Banner could present sound logical arguments like he does in the film, but Hulk could present more emotional ones (He wants to save his friends/ it's what a good person would do). It'd also do more to show us that Hulk is a good guy wrapping up that arc from Ragnarok, he wants to help people, he's not just a rage smash monster.
It'd also be pretty easy to do, no need to add/ remove scenes just add spirit Hulk into the scene and tweak the script a little. And in the end have the conclusion to the character arc shown as both Hulk and Banner CHOOSE to go back into the same body willingly. Banner isn't suppressing Hulk, and Hulk isn't locking Banner away. They both choose to be professor hulk together.
Please Marvel, hire this person.

I think the trash thing was the idea that “society hasn’t moved on” A lot of the people that were left were emotionally distraught, and society crumbled under the losses. Things like taking out the trash aren’t that important.

Thanos had an unlimited amount of time to reverse engineer the Pym Particles, they didn't have to leave when Nebula did. They had time to gather the troops, do the science, and then head to the future.

True. If someone would’ve stayed at the time travel platform it would’ve looked like they all disappeared and reappeared in seconds. Also explains why each group for each stone returned at the exact same time despite some having taken longer.
PS- If Heath Ledger had lived then Joker would have helped Batman defeat Bane. And the trilogy becomes masterpiece. Alas....

I mean presumably Thanos would do whatever is faster. He could theoretically spend decades trying to develop time travel technology, but why would he do that when it only took him a couple of years to collect the stones from the point he was at? Time travel would only be a practical option if it took less time than manually collecting the stones himself in his current time period.
War Machine never said "BOOM" in this movie. Therefore, 4.7/10

Me, an actual person diagnosed with clinical depression and is constantly undergoing medication and therapy: I like Fat Thor. I immediately got his figures. And I actually got fat too due to the medication and stress eating.

I get where you're coming from (also clinically depressed), but idk I just didn't like how the other characters treated him regarding it. The digs at his weight, Rocket slapping him out of a panic attack was especially unappreciated to me personally (that may be a personal thing I guess, my parents were less than helpful with the depression thing so ~trauma~ may play a part), I don't know I just overall didn't love how it was handled. You're 100% allowed to have your own opinion, but also there are a lot of other depressed people who were unhappy with Thor's representation (I don't agree that Marvel should be canceled for it, the MCU's Sin List has FAR higher crimes imo)

To your point, rocket didn’t slap him out of it. He continued to be scared and depressed and turning to his mother gave him confidence to face his future. It didn’t fix anything but it gave him the courage to move forward. Remember Thor was still a wayward soul at the end and gave up the throne to discover his purpose. He had a label put on him and he felt like there was more to him than what his people expect of him.
Also a depressed person who didn't like how the movie represented depression. It isn't by any means the worst thing in the world, but it was clearly used as a form of comic relief, the humour being at the expense of Thor's weight gain and mental state. Other people's emotional difficulties were played pretty straight, no humour (Black Widow). It made Thor relatable and more human which I appreciated, but I could have done without the portrayal of him as weak and silly, or with people making constant digs at him. And yeah Rocket's slap didn't snap him out of it (which is I guess appreciated), but that doesn't erase all the other shit. Again, not the worst thing, but entirely unneccessary in a 3 hour long movie and just kinda shitty lol

infinity saga started with the world finding out about tony being iron man. it ended with the world finding out about spider-man being peter parker.
they found out after the saga, far from home isnt in the saga, its the first movie of phase 4

That’s what I was thinking, it could’ve been like 5 months or 2 years, they would be going to the same time no matter what
it does matter because I can't see why past thanos would spend ages developing time travel tech when it might have taken less time for him to have manually collected the stones like OG thanos did. Like once they travel, it doesn't matter, but those are years him and his forces still experienced. Time travel only really makes sense for thanos if it's the most efficient method of getting the stones in terms of how long they actually spend trying to get them

I like channels that are positive towards movies, I don’t like when people say nothing but negative things to movies, it gets boring and annoying. Bc that’s what most channels are I feel, the only exception is CinemaSins, because it’s mostly just jokes.
Watch cinemawins. Unlike cinemasins he’s actually serious and brings up very valid points as to why movies are great.

In regards to the Pym Particles: Also consider, the Pym Particles that they went back to take in the late 1970s was also what caused Pym to get suspicious and left S.H.I.E.L.D. in the early 1980's that was shown in the first "Antman" movie

The Emotional tone shifts are an artistic interpretation of they way Arcs on the comics happen. Just because the Xmen arc was serious, doesn’t mean the Deadpool comics tired to the SAME arc have to be just as serious.
I was impressed how they made each group tired to the arc in IE/EG still have the same tone they had in their stand alone movies.
Imagine if the Corona started right before endgame came out and we would've still been waiting for it

I know this video is old...but, I'm watching it for the first time.
I'm surprised that, in talking about Thor's depression arc, his realization that he was "still worthy" wasn't brought up. That was a powerful moment for him, and speaks to many things that people go through that make them feel unworthy.

Captain America's arc in phase 3 was moving on. He moved on from peggy when he started dating sharon, he moved on from being a patriot when he decided to take out the avengers logo from his suit and go against the sokovia accords, he moved on from tony and the avengers when he decided to rescue his team of avengers, he moved on from the government when he told thunderbolt ross that he wasn't looking for forgiveness. He moved on so many times, but endgame just reversed by him retiring with peggy instead of completing his arc by him letting go of his mantle and retiring with sharon carter

In regards to the Pym Particles that Ebony Maw reverse engineered, my explanation is that it may have taken a year or more to recreate...doesnt matter how long because they are using it to time/space travel to a specific place in 2023. They could have finished recreating it in 2050 for all that it really matters....time travel!

That is the natural logic of time travel which Erik never did understand. In fact the filmmakers actually had a version of the story where Thanos conquers the Avengers in his own timeline, then when they get back to confront him - 1 minute later - he meets them there and throws Captain America's head in front of them.
If went too far, but the point the scene was trying to make was - *this is how time travel would work* - this is what would happen if you mess with time, and time messed back.
Also they had a full vial of the Pym Particles. For an advanced alien race it wouldn't be that hard to reverse engineer it.
I think all the endgame plot holes are to make alternate universes for what if.

Thor Lebowski was never more relatable as a character than he was in this movie. It was, in my opinion, some of the best writing in the whole franchise. And, when Rocket told him that he looked like melted ice cream, I cried laughing.
Tragic Comedy is too hard for folks who think Zack Snyders lack of humor and fetish for misanthropic violence constitutes 'depth'.
I feel the same about Cinemasins, fun to watch but SEVERAL times throughout their videos I have that same reaction. “Oh come on” or “that’s pretty nit picky” etc

Being a UF alum, I love hearing Eric and Filup's TSF stories. Or it's in reference to the fact that magic in the marvel universe is borrowed. Spells are just conjurations of other beings' power, specifically for Doctor Strange, from the Vashanti and the Octessence.
Tony died because they time travelled.
I really enjoy endgame. I think they handled a lot of difficult topics very well. With Banner Hulk finally accepting his whole self. Banner-Hulk helping out Thor when he’s going through a hard time was really nice.

So can you explain how in infinity war Thanos was able to turn the ethir (reality stone) into the stone from the ethir?
In the comics, the stones are considered to be living forces, and are naturally drawn to one another. So it could be that their natural forms are that of stones, and that its aether form in dark world was its form away from the other stones. It simply reverted back to it's original form when the other ones drew near.
I feel like they were drunk when they edited it as well
