Rohtang Pass is a good option if you are looking for a place to enjoy snow in the month of May.

Kerala : The weather could be little hot and humid In May and average temperature could be more then 30 degrees Celsius..
Kashmir : Beautiful tourist destination, especially in May. The weather is pleasant, and the natural beauty of the place is at its peak.
Kashmir would be a good option for Honeymoon.!!

Here is some best places where you can get snow and snow capt mountains in summer.. like may June as well...
Dras, Ladakh.
Thajiwas Glacier, Jammu and Kashmir.
Yumthang Valley, Sikkim.
Rohtang, Himachal Pradesh.
Gulmarg, Jammu and Kashmir.
