they already have a 'not autoban' setup of seer (mechanically speaking) in the game already is the funny thing seer in blackjack doesn't start with an owl but instead gains them faster (more like ench stacks instead of starting with a 3-stack), personally i think the global mechanics are insanely busted and survs should have to make contact to unlock global abilities on eachother (like how embalmer works and there's even a score event for meeting up) but that's just me mind i get in seer's case there's the owl startup phase but that does nothing to stop the +1 hit chase on who you go for and owl scout could've been manual + have a cd before protect
I feel like the only way they can “fix” Eli is to actually nerf his owl speed. Like the bar that you fill to get another owl, his rage, needs to be slower. I’m so sick of playing against Seer’s that can basically endlessly loop and regen owls consistently no matter how good you did at the beginning. Like, in higher tier I can’t always just ban Fiona and Eli. I’ve started to have to choose Cheerleader or a decoder alongside Fiona vs Eli and when I do it’s just a migraine because then that fucking Seer comes out and he’s ALWAYS a headache. =_= He makes me so mad and I’ve had matches where I barely saw him the entire time and he comes in near the end and somehow farms like 4 fucking owls while I’m still trying to down the rebound kiter. I loathe Eli’s regen speed. That nerf didn’t do jack shit to him.
When the seer assists another survivor by giving them an owl, the hunter’s attack recovery is increased by 30%, hunter’s attack recovery remains unchanged if seer uses owl for himself.
I agree, the Seer nerf felt like a tap on the wrist. Seer is still one of the best assist characters where a good owl can change the course of a game.
