Just took my road test and passed it here in Michigan. I was pretty confident going into it but seeing videos of people failing from small mistakes still had me a tad bit nervous. My evaluator was super friendly and it wasn’t hard at all. I think as long as you’re confident in your driving abilities, you’ll pass. If you’re not, go practice what you feel uncertain about.

i just passed mines first try at “browns driving school” in okc i had a chill instructor THANK GOD!!! 😮💨 just before we got out of the car he said “sorry to tell you.. but you passed..” 😂

I love road test success videos! I get to watch what they do in different states how to do certain stuff then where I live at.
I’m so glad my state doesn’t do parallel parking anymore, instead we have to do a 3 point turn which is way easier

I managed to pass my drivers test on the third attempt which was really needed because I had to get my license for a job. I was so relieved when I finally got told I passed. Most jobs want you to have a license so don’t put it off guys

My test is on 9th March... I have a question. For the backing test, every video says that we have to rotate our body and look out the back, but what's the point because we can't see the curb from there and if at all a small object or child is behind the car. Doesn't it make more sense to look in the side and rear mirror and keep the steering straight?

examiners in nyc are really mean not like this one hes cool calm has a soft tone.

I took my test last November I failed one time because I didn’t know what a flashing red light was I thought I was supposed to stop till it turned green but I failed just because of that. The second time I took it I passed I failed more times on my permit then my actual driving test!!
Mines are tomorrow 😢, I’m so nervous.

My exam is March 22, any tips to combat nervousness? I've got lots of practice in but I'm still worried as I'll be driving in a city I haven't really driven in before.

Mine is in a few days (at Clovis DMV, CA); I am crazy nervous, despite what I believe to be over-preparing. Does anyone know if the picture they took for my learner's permit carries over to my Driver's license in California? I don't want to get dolled up if they aren't going to take my picture after the test.😆

i’m from Michigan so it might be different, but when i did my learners permit they took my drivers license photo then
I hope my instructor isn't as boring as this dude when I go for my test because I might just feel more anxious/kinda upset because I do better when I'm in a happy/fun mood... However a lot of these examiners just seem so bored. 🙄
Yeah I think having a friendly evaluator is helpful. I’d say if you have an examiner who you can tell will get on your butt about small mistakes or just generally seems like a grumpy person, just drive extra careful.
What state was this test taken place in?

I think it was because the white car on that side stopped the flow of traffic, to let them turn....or maybe they were also turning just didn't have turn signals...my guess of course
They treated it as a 4 way stop sign intersection where the rule is first in first out, our examinee arrived first so they’ll move first.
That is obviously not the right thing to do here, as the white car should turn first and when the traffic is clear our examinee should turn but kudos to the examiner for observing the intention of the white car.
Some people are nice and they let u pass through but not everybody will give u the way
that car opposite him stopped and flashed their lights meaning they were giving them the right of way to turn left
My exam is today at 3pm and I’m nervous as fudge 🥲.
