1. I LOVE your use of inclusive language, thank you!! 2. Your pep talk at the end was everything and made me tear up. Thank you for putting out such amazing helpful educational content, with so much warmth and love!
Great tips! Instead of a Ziploc bag to store parts in the fridge, I bought a few extra wet dry bags so I could wash and reuse them. I also have a thick icepack made for bottles or cans that I use to store my milk and pump parts in the thermal part of my pump bag. It stayed cold for 12 hours today!
Can you do a video on maybe the do’s and dont’s of eating while in labor? Or maybe why or why not? Some moms have HOURS long labors and it seems ridiculous and kinda unsafe that you can’t eat/replenish your energy while in labor! I really enjoy your input and your videos are so educating, I just haven’t seen much on this subject and feel it’s worth talking about!!
Love this video!! I didn’t know I was using the wrong size flange till about 6 months in! I was using a 24 and was a 19 in reality!! I got so much more output and was so much more comfortable!!
Thanks that's a great video. I'm already using most of those and pumping for nearly 2 months at work. It's hard but to all other young mama's out there you got it ;-)
JUST on time! I’m nursing my 3 month old, who has had a tough week weaning from breast to bottle, in preparation of going back to a New 9-5 on Monday😫 Wish us luck!!!
My baby was 6 weeks premature & in the NICU where he was bottle fed. I wanted to breastfeed. So far haven't been successful. Can you do a video on how to get a bottle fed baby to breastfeed?
Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for this very helpful video. I have elastic nipples too and have been using coconut oil. Do you still lubricate when using your Beaugen cushions? Forever a fan, Jo
Hi Elizabeth. I have a supply question for you. With my daughter I had a low supply of milk. I did everything under the sun to produce more and nothing worked. Do you think I will have the same issue with my second baby or is it different for each child? I had to supplement with formula with my daughter which I'm so grateful was available, but I would love to not have to supplement with number 2. Loved all of your labor tips by the way! I had an amazing natural birth that I can't wait to do all over again.
My drive to work is an hour long so I feed baby before I leave for work then when I get to work (half an hour or so early) I pump before I start pump twice during work then pump either before I go home or on the way home
Hi. I am wondering if you have any suggestions about how to dry out your milk supply. I would love to hear your opinion about this topic maybe even be great video content for you. Thank you lots
Hi there! I love your content and have used your videos with my last pregnancy to keep me informed. ❤️ I do have a random question that I feel has never been answered. I just found out I am pregnant and am about 4w5d and I have my first ultrasound scheduled for 8 weeks for the pregnancy confirmation. My question is: how come some people will get blood tests early pregnancy to test hcg in blood and to make sure the amount is going up every few days as needed. Whereas sometimes they only schedule you for the 8 week ultrasound with no blood work before hand?
Do you have tips for helping baby get milk out of your breast more effectively? I have very slow flow nipples and because of it, my little one has to work really hard to get enough. Because of this, he gets sleepy and has lost a bit of weight and I have to supplement formula. I'm trying to pump and feed it to him, but it takes 30 minutes on each side to get 3 ounces total.
Love ur video but going to have skip this one it was a rough and short journey but the issue is still a hug trigger for me but my betBeautiful girlnow eight months old

Ending the video by saying "You are enough" honestly made me cry. I really needed to hear that today. Thank you 💕
Preparing to go back to work in the ER 1 1/2 wks and I needed to hear ALLLLLLL of this. Thank you💕💕💕
16min of powerful information! Nonstop gold supply being given to us ❤ thank you

Great idea! I only work 1 day a week so I normally wash my ziplock out and it has time to dry.

Out for the 4 years of breastfeeding and having to pump, I’ve never seen those breast cushions! 😱 what a game changer

I learned so much from this! Thank you!
Thank you! 🤍🤍🥺 your videos are so helpful.
Does breast storage capacity correlate to breast/ cup size?
Nope! It’s about milk ducts. I have a large breastmilk storage capacity and relatively small breasts. 😊

I'm in a Facebook group with lots of info. It's called IGT and Low Milk Supply Support Group. I just joined 2 weeks ago.

You should do a video on hands free pumps I’m trying to decide if I should buy one or not 😂
Thank you so much!
Can you use coconut oil as a lubricant?
You can! That’s what I used before the spray, but I like with the spray I don’t have to get anything on my fingers.
Thank you.

Can you make a video about how dangerous it is to get breastmilk from random strangers on the internet?
The fact that you included neutral language made this nonbinary parent SO happy.
💗💗💗
Eww please stop . Only women can give birth .
