    - Calling Upon the Masters of the Chö Lineage
Chö, literally cutting through, is one of the Eight Practice Lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. It was founded by the yogini Machik Labdrön (1055-1149/53), who was a disciple of the Indian master Padampa Sangye.
It is a practice that is said to put the Prajnaparamita teachings on transcendent wisdom into practice. While upholding the view and understanding of emptiness, the practitioner visualizes that he offers his body to various guests, including evil forces and spirits. The purpose of which is to destroy or cut attachment and especially one’s own ego-clinging that bind one to samsara. The practice is chanted in a very melodious tone accompanied by the sounds of drums and bells.
    Translation
    Namo Guru
In the palace of the basic space of all things,
    the highest buddhafield,
I supplicate the Great Mother, transcendent knowledge.
Bestow your blessings upon me, your pleading child.
May all adversity subside, both outer and inner hindrances.
Grand me the supreme and common accomplishments.
Guide your child on the state of nonarising.
On the sacred site of the Vulture Peak Mountain
I supplicate the truly perfected Buddha.
Bestow you blessing upon me, your pleading child.
May all adversity subside, both outer and inner hindrances.
Grand me the supreme and common accomplishments.
Guide your child on the state of nonarising.
In the sacred place of the interwoven throne of teak,
I supplicate Manjushri, the Lion of Speech.
Bestow your blessings upon me, your pleading child.
May all adversity subside, both outer and inner hindrances.
Grand me the supreme and common accomplishments.
Guide your child on the state of nonarising.
In the resplendent realm Arrayed in Turquoise Petals,
I supplicate the authentic Lady Tara, the Liberator.
Bestow your blessings upon me, your pleading child.
May all adversity subside, both outer and inner hindrances.
Grand me the supreme and common accomplishments.
Guide your child on the state of nonarising.
In the celestial realm, the abode of the dakinis,
    I supplicate Dakini Sukhasiddhi.
Bestow your blessings upon me, your pleading child.
May all adversity subside, both outer and inner hindrances.
Grand me the supreme and common accomplishments.
Guide your child on the state of nonarising.
