Earlier there were two airports in Mumbai, Sahar airport for international flights and CST for domestic but now it has become one airport, Sahar has become terminal 3 of CST Airport. Second airport is under construction in Navi Mumbai.

Delhi and Mumbai, both airports are extremely beautiful and reflects the diverse culture and traditions of India. Yes Delhi airport is much more spacious, doesn't meant that Mumbai airport is not spacious. Both are very well made
The main drawback and handicap of Mumbai airport is that it is a single runway airport. That is the reason the number of operations is limited mainly because of land constraints as Mumbai is an island. Mumbai is the largest single runway airport in the world. However the new airport that is under construction at Navi Mumbai will have multi runways and will be much bigger than the present Mumbai airport. But it will take at least 3 more years to be oparational.
Why spreading lies if you don't know anything. Mumbai Int'l airport has 2 runways. Even Bangalore or Chennai or Kolkata all have 2 runways. Delhi has 3.

Bombay Airport is absolutely breathtaking. The blogger has not covered many areas. There are lots of eateries, cafes n lots of shops n services. Video is showing only a few of them. Massive area for car parking n lots of security. Lovely place to fly in n fly out.

It’s a huge & beautiful airport. It takes about half an hour’s from arrival to exit.
I have been to both of them.. Mumbai airport terminal looks much better in terms of architecture.
Its one airstrip, and two terminals, (places where people enter) T1 is domestic only and does not have immigration.

There are two airports in city one is domestic and one is international. Since they are getting overcrowded one more new terminal i.e. terminal is coming up at Navi Mumbai (new bombay)
Airport is one. There are two Terminals, T1 - Domestic (Old Santacruz). T2-International plus Domestic (Old Sahar). There is one more Terminal for Corporate and Private Airplanes on South side (known as near Gate No 8, Old Airport/Kalina).

This is departure area mostly, but duty free is there on arrival which is not in this video. Also this seems off time. Whenever I visited after midnight for my departure flight, it used to be tightly crowded. Food is costly and not available in gate area.
Presently Mumbai has only one airport, but it has two terminals --- Terminal one for domestic flight and Terminal two for international flights. Sometimes domestic flights are also taken on International Terminal, depending on the traffic on the Terminals.
If you go the nearby Juhu Beach, you will see flights taking off one after another at the interval of three to four minutes. The flights come over the sea of Juhu area, and then they take turn left or right or go straight area depending upon their destination. It is hilarious to see, how so many flights take off from a single (main) runway at so short intervals.
Another airport is under construction in Navi Mumbai which will be located at a good distance across the sea. Mumbai Trans-harbour Sea Link is also under construction which will shorten the distance between the two airports. That will be still larger airport, which can tackle many more flights.

At 24:24 he made a U turn. Actually best part was after that on left side (From Gate 41 to Gate 45). Wish he had shown that. All this is only in departure area. There much more Art displays on walls on the walkways after you come out of Aerobridges before entering the arrival conveyer belts area. He had not shown even half of the airport. The airport is like a huge Museum.

Delhi Airport caters to the entire NCR area which has multiple cities ( I guess as many as 11)... Mumbai on the other hand has two terminals and another separate Airport coming up in New Mumbai to cater only to Mumbai... I personally prefer Mumbai Airport over Delhi because better flooring that helps walk comfortably... Though, both Airports are equally beautiful...
