My husband is 74 years old and in hospital for enlarged prostate thanks for info
Well done! I have reduced my daily coffee consumption as well to one cup as well.
Thanks Dr Z. - very helpful, I’ll try this! I’m a 60 year old with BPH, recently diagnosed with very high SHBG.
Lay off dairy - milk yoghurt cheese and butter are the main culprits enlarging the prostate and making peeing very hard and painful.
Cut out carbs and sugars.
Highly informative .Subscribed .Thanks Dr Z.
Dear Dr.
I am from Ethiopia and follow your advise for enlarged prostate. Can you please quantify each component of the ingredients?

Wow you’re amazing how you explain and make it easy and straight forward. I enjoy all your videos. Thank you Dr. Nick for providing all the great videos !
I agree with this Doctor remedy versus medication natural health maintenance is BYE comparison a better way to avoid side effects & more complications.
This is great information, thanks
Thank you Doctor
Would these recommendations still be useful if I already started taking tamsulosin?
Looks like ACV, tumeric, and garlic cloves can do the same

I had a erm last drop issue, I tried a supplement called Pygeum Africanum and that seemed to sort it
I use a Saw Palmetto daily at 320 mg that also has two other minor ingredients for extra support as well as an extra high quality Zinc supplement
@@ethimself5064 You're throwing your money away. Neither with these nor with diet does the prostate change when it grows
Ouch, let's check it out.
I have heard about the lemon peel and all, also needs to be organic. That's it, I'll go pick some up next time and start this. I don't have an enlarged prostate btw so let's not start now....😁
Hey Wellness Warrior, I have some other tips in here as well!
@@dr.nickzyrowski 🙋... noticing that... I ordered some methylene blue that's next.
See my other cooment. Citrus is sprayed with some nasty fungicides to prolong shelf life. These are carcinogenic. I used to grate the peel and add to the freshly squeezed juice but not any more.
Οκ very qood
Pls is it possible
In greeck language
thank you
“Drink just 1 CUP PER DAY…”. then he doesn’t EVER tell you….1 CUP of WHAT, exactly??? how about some clarity here?
It's about selling products. Click bait.
Green tea. Listen again
You didn’t mention dairy specifically milk which is a big cause of BPH. Also cheese yogurt all going to cause BPH.
WARNING!!!!! Most citrus fruit are sprayed with fungicides to prolong shelf life 2,4-D, Imazalil, Pyrimethanil which has been linked to causing cancer and I interfering with human reproductive systems as it is carcinogenic.
I used to grate the peel of lemons and limes and put the zest in my lemon and lime drink but not any more. No way.
To remove the fungicides you gave to soak the lemons and limes in bicarb of soda which I don’t have time to do.
Just seen my urologist in Harley Street London last week and I was told that Green Tea is the biggest culprit.
“culprit”? of, what?
Coffee is the hard part…
Drank like a fish when I was younger and it never caused an enlarged prostate. Why is this? I ate whatever I wanted and didn't have enlarged prostate. Why is this? I did not exercise. Did not cause enlarged prostate. Why is this? This is not root cause analysis. Other stuff going on that we have yet to figure out. No one has ever really figured this out. Strictly age related but no one can say exactly what is going on or how to effectively treat BPH. Has anyone ever shrank an enlarged prostate? How? And not talking about just relaxing muscle tissue like all the supplements do. Can anyone report on anything that actually works?
I wish it was that simple. Unfortunately, neither supplements nor diet shrinks the prostate. Even the doctors can't do anything.. Live with it
Fasting
Not true.

BULL
Nothing new here.

Got things that work or work better? Thanks
