The experience of the worldly minded teaches that sense enjoyments are the highest ideal Practice entails conscious choice of actions to reform the habit the tendency of the mind to go outward

Pranaam Swamiji .Mind is the lord of the senses but breath rules the mind .So breath-control will lead you to mind-control and liberation .A calm person reflects serenity in his eyes ,a keen intelligence in his expression and an open receptiveness in his mind .A yogi”s mind is a million times better than that of a worldy person .❤❤❤

No matter how much a person listen to all these stuffs, how much can he or she change himself or herself, the question is this.

👍 But listening certainly increases the probability of that change.
      Jai Sri Ramakrishna!

listening to jnanis and realized swamis gives one valuable info on the way to jnana.
but, no one else can walk on that way for you, you have to choose to do it.
      100% your choice.
once you've decided, no one can stop you.

@@sarthakaswal7023 that doesn't happen to me any more.
if you are offended by my comment, i apologize, it wasn't meant to offend.
it was meant to state the plain truth: that when you seriously decide to undertake the path to self realization, make the effort, make the sacrifice, you will succeed.

Children are brought up on the deluded assumptions these are tremendous temptations to deny this not to allow the mind to come to a wave form with regards to renunciation Abhyas and Vairagya are both simultaneous practices

Blatantly obvious.....we should all become yogis.
And detach ourselves from these worldly minds.
We all start a youtube channel and talk all about the virtues of being yogis and eat apples.
