    Yes, sauces are a problem when eating out. I’ve been caught a few times even when asking do they contain gluten. Restaurants don’t understand cross contamination either.

      a lot of salad dressings will have wheat too!

      Its probably because of people who dont have celiac which is dangerous to people who do and the resteraunts dont trust them

      Avoid all grains if you can preferable to eat just meat milk eggs offal vegetables fruits maybe some nuts

      Jasmine rice is gluten free but that is it.

    Going gluten free does NOT mean "reducing bread consumption". It means ELIMINATING Gluten from your diet. Even tiny amounts. You lost me at that claim.

    Once you’re off wheat, you might find all grains are problematic.

    your wrong rice HAS GLUTEN rice has > ORZINEN it is gluten IS A different form of the family FORM OF GLUTEN. the same for corn it has zein gluten. so every grain, avoid it.

      @@undercover657 it's not, this what they teach you every grain has gluten, just a different type, doesn't mean your sensitive to it. But if you're Celiac avoid all grains. rice and corn are grains.
