Ye, it was like he was downloading information for two rounds, then he learned the "bosses’ patterns" and went in for the kill. His fight IQ is insane. I mean, even the way he talks to Glover on the breaks between rounds is high level, he is always debating strategy rather than just listening.

I am totally convinced that if he had made a career in Boxing and had a good coach, he would have had the best scenario for his talent in boxing.

I think this was his most impressive win honestly. Most of his wins came from one huge power shot, but this one he actually had to change his tactics once he realized he wasn’t going to be able to land that one shot. He really showed his skill as a technical kick boxer and systematically broke him down using his jab and calf kicks and the poured it on once enough damage was done. Seeing him go 1st and 3rd in the 3rd round was absolutely beautiful to watch.

You don't understand the strategy behind the fight. another thing, there were 3 belt disputes in 7 months, broken rib, finger ligament, 5 days of antibiotics and 15 days of preparation, 1 shin to the ear, clean straight punches to the face. Alex Pereira has certain tremendous attributes that help him to succeed:
-Height 6"5-6"6, reach 83+ (definitely not 79) and long legs, wide chest and shoulders that generate power.
-apparently above average cardio and good chin.
-long striking experience and efficiency when throwing shots.
    -hard work and dedication.
these attributes are quite unique to all be combined in one fighter.
Most of his opponents can't match these attributes, so they absolutely need to take him down to improve their odds of winning.
One of the few MMA fighters that can match his physical attributes is probably Francis Ngannou, but unfortunately Francis lacks the cardio and Experience.
