I watched this drama 5 years a go and still cry when i watch it and still saying that hea so loves wook more it was such a strong pure and deep love with wook everything was different she was happy and has that sparkle and butterflies things that wasn't with so and yeah still want them to be together
the thing is, for me, Soo has never loved So as deeply as she loved Wook. I cannot help it, but I'm not buying her feelings towards So the same way. I've always thought that So loves her more and still think that. With Wook, it was different. And it's kind of crazy that in one episode she just started to "love" So and "forgetting" about Wook. I know there's years in between, but it's a funny thing cause as a viewer I don't relate to that much.

Oh my god, exactly! I know she had empathy and maybe pity for So, but I NEVER saw her transition from loving Wook into loving So at all. I saw her disppointed in Wook and..that's the end of it. They never had (So and Soo) the sort of feeling-heavy scene Sook had. I love the shouw but it felt like such a poor choice to change it like that, after giving Sook such a heavy storyline. I never bought this neverending love she seems ot have for So. I do'nt see it.

I think people who doesn't ship WookSoo always tends to see WookSoo shippers as crazy or dumb... for the reason that Wook did turned his back to HS and became a bad person... but for me Wook and So are the same... both have flaws to be honest So has killed many people than Wook but I don't want to argue with other ship 'cause I don't want to hurt their feelings like what they are doing to WookSoo shippers... I ship HaeWook so so so much btw. I loved everything about them. The stares, the care. the concern, the tears, the laughs while they were together. It's just real love. I felt it but then all of a sudden Wook became a perpetrator of something that's unimaginable esp. from a man who only protected his family and love but ended up so lonely. I also asked WHY WHY WHY. With Wang So, I felt bad for him from the start too. The things he's done may not be understandable to many but I understand him. I liked the things he's done for Soo as well. Both leads did everything they could to give Soo a good life but maybe the circumstances just aren't favorable to any of them. But with these obstacles we've witnessed how much love and care they all have for each other. They may have done awful things to their brothers but everything was done out of love. Anger/hatred forms when you hate a person you so much love.
I ship her both with Wook and Wang So and I don't want either ship to sink :'( It's so sad to watch Wook change so much and I totally blame Yeon Hwa for it all, she's the one who is trying to corrupt him. I agree, he outperformed the other leads. I remember reading an interview where Lee Junki quipped that personally he found Wang Wook's portrayal more charmingly romantic than the Wang So character, which was nice of him to say.

But Wang So loves his family and always wanted his family's love, Wook didn't do anything, and she literally gave him a million chances for him to show his love, but he turned his back on her and broke every promise, while Wang So could've died for her when he drank the poison and sheiled her in the rain. But the person I dislike the most would be Yeon Hwa, cause she's the one who ruins everyone and only cares about herself

I always feel like they should be together because they made the most sense to me. Their relationship was so steady and strong and subtle I can't describe it, there was no forcing it. Such a gorgeous video on one of the most beautiful couple I have ever seen. The chemistry between them is sooo intense & irrespective of whatever the others think, they are the main couple for me. I know Wook didn't remain a very positive character till the end, but if we see the circumstances it's kind of understandable. But however much he changed, he never stopped loving Soo. Deep down he was still holding on to her & that's another reason why he hated Wang So so much. Soo perhaps moved on from him, but he never could move on from her. He held onto that bracelet he made Soo wear, until all hope was gone. And when she was gone forever, he followed her shortly after. That's why I like the ending of this drama, even though everyone hated it. After Soo died, Wook dies too where as Wang So lives on to live a lonely life. I like to interpret the ending in favour of Wook x Soo. They couldn't be together in this lifetime due to circumstances but they must have reunited in the afterlife.Thank you for making this video :)

The characters Wang Wook Hae Soo and pass an energy of love, very strong! There was chemistry, look at the smile, the talk .... not even need kisses !! enthralled anyway! unfortunately the story not be written for both ... because I believe I would be much more beautiful, taking a little of the sadness of the deaths of princes.
I just love Hye Soo and Wang So but I really have loved the time when Hye Soo falled in love with Wook, they were so innocent, I wanted them to be together but Wook took the wrong path but his love toward Hye Soo was always sincere so I do respect his love not his doing. The video is really cool.

I shipped them so hard although i knew So was the male lead. My heart broke, physically ached, when he turned his back when Soo was kneeling in the palace yard. Even then, I was hoping they would get back together somehow, up until the end looking/wishing for signs in Wook's eyes and demeanour that would show he still loved her.This was the first time I wanted the female lead to end up with the second male lead. I don't know, maybe their love story was too sweet..ughh..my heart hurts!!

Came back to watch this gorgeous MV cause these two still break my heart :(( I have such strong second male lead syndrome because of Wook it physically hurts. When I was watching the drama, I used to think that I could accept the SoSoo pairing, but now I think no one could top the chemistry that Hae Soo and Wook had. They balanced each other out so well and Wook loved her so deeply. I really gotta stop wondering if things could've been different, maybe Wook could've had a happier ending, cause it just makes me miserable.
OMG! I feel ya dear. Right after watching this drama I felt like my heart broke so much into pieces b/c of their ending. This FMV title alone says it all. Their love was such a great one but for it to be greater it had to end. Even though they so much love each other they had to separate b/c of lots of reason. When Hae Soo chose Wang So the memories flashes back and I was hurt again thinking how Hae Soo was so happy with Wook and b/c Wook had to be in between his family and love he had to choose one. He left and abandoned her but many others say it's b/c he had to protect her. I can't blame that opinion as well. Some said b/c Wang So never had anyone so it was easier for him to keep fighting for Soo but also think that having no one and being able to still feel love is a big step. He's lived his life alone and he still remains 'human' and Hae Soo is a big part of it. And it's b/c he loves her. I can't blame one more than the other b/c everything that happened was part of them surviving the Prince's title. In their time it's the ways to survive. Survival of the fittest. This drama is one masterpiece indeed!

I am pretty sure the director made a mistake put these two fall first before the male lead. He did not think the chemistry would be that good that people start shipping them instead of with the male lead. Wang wook character not suppose to steal viewer heart, cause the old recipe say viewer always choose bad boy over goodie two shoes second lead. But the problem is, the director made their story so solid, it is literally almost half of the drama trying to build their connection. And they were just so screw, with the last half episode they need to return the story back to track with the male lead, with all conflict, and all issues needed to resolve. So Wang so >< hae soo love story, while sweet and tragic, never lived up to Wang wook >< hae soo story. It did not happen with the original (Chinese) where male lead already stole viewer heart from the get go. I remember I watched this to see the cool Wang Soo fell for nice girl Hae Soo like every kdrama I craved for. But I ended up captivated by Wang wook hae soo story. They started with just acquaintance, then it was forbidden love, then it was sweet love, then suddenly the person you trust and love changed and betrayed you in most hurt way , he became coward, but there's still lingering feeling, they hate and love at the same time, until they hurt each other too much, they separated, but in the end they got closure and atonement. I mean, come on, it's like every realistic love story ever. And that's why I think they made a mistake investing so much in their story. It made Wang Soo hae soo story is not as depth as Wang wook hae soo story.
So glad you made a video about them! I'm still on ep 6 but I know everything from tumblr and, even knowing what would happen, they were still the reason why I started watching the drama. It's a pity there are few videos of them. I'm going to ship them until the end, even though SoSoo is "okay" for me.

I loved their couple, they are so sweet, and kan Ha Neul is a good actor as Jun Ki (just watch his movie "empire of lust"). BUT Wook (his hero) don't love Hae Soo as much as Wan So, cuz he didn't help her when she stood in front of the gallows(when you love you can stay calm when you know that your love going to die). And in the last ep. When Hae Soo said that she just want to live with him far from Kingdom he said that he want throne. So I think Wang Soo love her more . Wook did/does love her, but his choices prove his mother and sister are more important. As fo So, she is the most important for him, it was him who never left her. So loves her more than Wook.
Mina Matyan Wook has a family who loves him unlike So. Therefore it was really hard for him to choose between protecting his family or his lover. As for So the only person who really cares for him is Hae Soo hence it's easier for him to protect her.

Human psyche and emotions are something more complex. It doesn't work like that. Agree, his mother and many of brothers (not all of them though) are constantly pushing him away, but it does not mean it's easier of him. Please, don't generalize.
Finally a lovely wonderful video for my ship. I dont think Wang So was evil. He was just a man in the wrong place at the wrong time who made poor decisions. He did bad things sure, but he still love Hae Soo and his sister more than anything and because of the love he felt for these two girls, he made really big mistakes. But deep down? he was a good man forcing himself to be evil in order to achieve a goal. This video is absolutely fabulous, thank you so much for making it!
I just recently watched this drama and sorry but...WookSoo is the superior couple. I don't need a bs main romance fed to me that has no chemistry at all. All of the chemistry was with WookSoo. He also wasn't a bad guy, everyone was doing awful shit for their own particular reasons. His were always protecting his family and Hae Soo. So where is the problem. The shitty actions you forgive on behalf of Wang So is that same thing Wang Wook was doing. It's entirely about who you are willing to forgive for that. Wook was always fighting for Hae Soo. That's the genuine pairing. I hope they found each other in the next life.

But Wang So loves his family and always wanted his family's love, Wook didn't do anything, and she literally gave him a million chances for him to show his love, but he turned his back on her and broke every promise, while Wang So could've died for her when he drank the poison and sheiled her in the rain. But the person I dislike the most would be Yeon Hwa, cause she's the one who ruins everyone and only cares about herself

I always feel like they should be together because they made the most sense to me. Their relationship was so steady and strong and subtle I can't describe it, there was no forcing it. I hate how the writers are throwing obstacles and making Wang Wook look like a jerk when he really is just a hopeless, loving person. That was his only weakness tbh. ;;

Such a gorgeous video on one of the most beautiful couple I have ever seen. The chemistry between them is sooo intense & irrespective of whatever the others think, they are the main couple for me. I know Wook didn't remain a very positive character till the end, but if we see the circumstances it's kind of understandable. But however much he changed, he never stopped loving Soo. Deep down he was still holding on to her & that's another reason why he hated Wang So so much. Soo perhaps moved on from him, but he never could move on from her. He held onto that bracelet he made Soo wear, until all hope was gone. And when she was gone forever, he followed her shortly after. That's why I like the ending of this drama, even though everyone hated it. After Soo died, Wook dies too where as Wang So lives on to live a lonely life. I like to interpret the ending in favour of Wook x Soo. They couldn't be together in this lifetime due to circumstances but they must have reunited in the afterlife.Thank you for making this video :)

I shipped them so hard although i knew So was the male lead. My heart broke, physically ached, when he turned his back when Soo was kneeling in the palace yard. Even then, I was hoping they would get back together somehow, up until the end looking/wishing for signs in Wook's eyes and demeanour that would show he still loved her.This was the first time I wanted the female lead to end up with the second male lead. I don't know, maybe their love story was too sweet..ughh..my heart hurts!!

Came back to watch this gorgeous MV cause these two still break my heart :(( I have such strong second male lead syndrome because of Wook it physically hurts. When I was watching the drama, I used to think that I could accept the SoSoo pairing, but now I think no one could top the chemistry that Hae Soo and Wook had. They balanced each other out so well and Wook loved her so deeply. I really gotta stop wondering if things could've been different, maybe Wook could've had a happier ending, cause it just makes me miserable.
OMG! I feel ya dear. Right after watching this drama I felt like my heart broke so much into pieces b/c of their ending. This FMV title alone says it all. Their love was such a great one but for it to be greater it had to end. Even though they so much love each other they had to separate b/c of lots of reason. When Hae Soo chose Wang So the memories flashes back and I was hurt again thinking how Hae Soo was so happy with Wook and b/c Wook had to be in between his family and love he had to choose one. He left and abandoned her but many others say it's b/c he had to protect her. I can't blame that opinion as well. Some said b/c Wang So never had anyone so it was easier for him to keep fighting for Soo but also think that having no one and being able to still feel love is a big step. He's lived his life alone and he still remains 'human' and Hae Soo is a big part of it. And it's b/c he loves her. I can't blame one more than the other b/c everything that happened was part of them surviving the Prince's title. In their time it's the ways to survive. Survival of the fittest. This drama is one masterpiece indeed!

I am pretty sure the director made a mistake put these two fall first before the male lead. He did not think the chemistry would be that good that people start shipping them instead of with the male lead. Wang wook character not suppose to steal viewer heart, cause the old recipe say viewer always choose bad boy over goodie two shoes second lead. But the problem is, the director made their story so solid, it is literally almost half of the drama trying to build their connection. And they were just so screw, with the last half episode they need to return the story back to track with the male lead, with all conflict, and all issues needed to resolve. So Wang so >< hae soo love story, while sweet and tragic, never lived up to Wang wook >< hae soo story. It did not happen with the original (Chinese) where male lead already stole viewer heart from the get go. I remember I watched this to see the cool Wang Soo fell for nice girl Hae Soo like every kdrama I craved for. But I ended up captivated by Wang wook hae soo story. They started with just acquaintance, then it was forbidden love, then it was sweet love, then suddenly the person you trust and love changed and betrayed you in most hurt way , he became coward, but there's still lingering feeling, they hate and love at the same time, until they hurt each other too much, they separated, but in the end they got closure and atonement. I mean, come on, it's like every realistic love story ever. And that's why I think they made a mistake investing so much in their story. It made Wang Soo hae soo story is not as depth as Wang wook hae soo story.
So glad you made a video about them! I'm still on ep 6 but I know everything from tumblr and, even knowing what would happen, they were still the reason why I started watching the drama. It's a pity there are few videos of them. I'm going to ship them until the end, even though SoSoo is "okay" for me.

I loved their couple, they are so sweet, and kan Ha Neul is a good actor as Jun Ki (just watch his movie "empire of lust"). BUT Wook (his hero) don't love Hae Soo as much as Wan So, cuz he didn't help her when she stood in front of the gallows(when you love you can stay calm when you know that your love going to die). And in the last ep. When Hae Soo said that she just want to live with him far from Kingdom he said that he want throne. So I think Wang Soo love her more .

Human psyche and emotions are something more complex. It doesn't work like that. Finally a lovely wonderful video for my ship. I dont think Wang So was evil. He was just a man in the wrong place at the wrong time who made poor decisions. He did bad things sure, but he still love Hae Soo and his sister more than anything and because of the love he felt for these two girls, he made really big mistakes. But deep down? he was a good man forcing himself to be evil in order to achieve a goal. This video is absolutely fabulous, thank you so much for making it!

I just recently watched this drama and sorry but...WookSoo is the superior couple. I don't need a bs main romance fed to me that has no chemistry at all. All of the chemistry was with WookSoo. He also wasn't a bad guy, everyone was doing awful shit for their own particular reasons. His were always protecting his family and Hae Soo. So where is the problem. The shitty actions you forgive on behalf of Wang So is that same thing Wang Wook was doing. It's entirely about who you are willing to forgive for that. Wook was always fighting for Hae Soo. That's the genuine pairing. I hope they found each other in the next life.
