The search for the next Soul Country Music™ Star begins online on June 1, 2024, across four cities: Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth and DC/Maryland, providing diverse artists from four regions with opportunities to showcase their skills. Contestants must submit a RUclips or Vimeo link of their audition for consideration. Esteemed judges from the music industry, alongside local celebrity personalities, will evaluate performances in each market to select the TOP 10. The TOP 10 selected will cut to TOP 6 via online voting in each markets, who will then compete in live events at four (4) Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo city tours. The TOP 6 in each market will compete live pre-rodeo where Celebrity judges will vote the TOP 2. The TOP 2 will advancing to perform at the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo days later where 1 person will win in their chosen cities. Advancement of the one winner from each city stop will compete to the final competition in Los Angeles or Nashville (TBD) in November 2024. AND FOR WHAT? A $10,000 cash prize, a possible music streaming contract, and a coveted travel opportunity with the BPIR Rodeo in 2025 as a featured artist.
