I have one and love it so much I just bought another one - the One-to-one spec. If you're considering one, go ahead. The sound definitely beats the sound of Lamborghini Gallardo... Can't be even compared. The Ferrari is another level...
@@kr63 Don't know about the 612, but in the 599, automatic ones are around $100,000, whereas manual ones (if the owners are willing to sell) are going for over $600,000.
The 612 Scaglietti is the most beautiful car in the world, gorgeous proportion. Well, that subjective. But we will never be able to hear this again in Ferrari. All-aluminium, 5.7L V12, Naturally Aspirated and four seats and again drop dead gorgeous designed by Ken in Pininfarina.
You mean like an F1 driver or any other sports car drivers who generally like to sit as low as possible and close to the steering wheel. Try it out. You might be pleasantly surprised at how natural it feels.
Thats what 4 seat ferrari should be though , a more mature car , subtle powerful and classy with bags of v12 power when you want it . Unlike that hideous monstrosity ff and gtc4 lusso .
Alec Guzelimian apart from the nose, I adore the looks 612, F430 and 599. They’re not too flashy and screaming ‘look at me!’ like most performance cars do now. I loved the curvaceous, reserved looks that they used to have.
The Ferrari Vanilla. Seem as Jamie Oliver is buying one perhaps they could name it after him and his bland, airport style restaurants... Ferrari is getting boring compared with other super cars.
I didn't know 612 scaglieti is this beautiful. It's stunning
0:23 - “…and will do a staggering 199mph”
*We were on the verge of greatness, we were this close.*
This is probably one of the best used Ferraris to buy.
I watched this clip when it came out all those years ago, I recorded it on DVR and watched it repeatedly. That's crazy.

We love 5th. gear in Melbourne Australia. Great show . 🇦🇺🇳🇿🏁
nz is a failed state, home of isis
the one's who saved $7000 for a manual prolly laugh in their sleep now
Swag Malone what do they go for these days? I always thought this was a very special Ferrari
KR 92 automatic ones are shit nobody wants them and manual ones are sought after modern classics

the 612 is beautiful I'll give you that, but it's got nothing on the 456...
Loool. Miura or Stingray is.
Still the best bargain in supercar land to date, most people don't get what it is about and that's fine by me. One day I WILL own one.
Stunning machine!
Whenever Doug reviews some car, I got dozens of recomendations with such model
nice review
Jason is a natural in front of the camera. Why TopGear didn’t snap him up is behind me?
Does it need bigger wheels 🤔
Oh dear 5th Gear ! You have made a mistake getting rid of Tiff !
I only came here after a i had watched James may suggestion about this car.
Considering this is perhaps the most un-loved Ferrari since the 400/412, they're still awfully expensive on the used market.
I love the 612
What? I'm finding them under 80k.
@@dk2853 right? I found some for 75K…I’m legitimately looking at getting one tbh.
hI, What is the symphony's name?
Is 612 scaglietti have the right steering wheel version..?
Good video
2004? Looks like he’s time traveled from the 70s… (Did they have flares in the 2000s?)
It’s 5.7 liters . Not 6 .
Del Piero, it's that you?
Yes I think so...
Say hello to my little friend.
Now it's one of the cheapest Ferraris you can buy today
Love this car but hate the dash and some of the interior.
Wish i could have a new roller only of this body.. no drivetrain or interior.
0:20 Can he even see over the steering wheel? :D

The most expensive Ferrari ?
It was on 2005 -2006
No againnn
Truly fourth.... Maybe
Fine car, but those uninspired looks... Hardly brings a second glance.

612 has clean looks and is very underrated. Its supposed to be that way, kind of like AMGs of that time were always that.
Yall can never match Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James may from top gear / grand tour. WORD...
Im truly 3rd
Who cares, BRING BACK TIFF
Possibly the blandest looking modern Ferrari ever
They do look a bit better in person; they need a sunny day and glossy paint to bring out the curves. Still a bit "reserved", for sure.
