    Your videos are so realistic and nice, so for someone with low density hair what do u really think helped grow your hair?

      I think time 😅🙈 it might sound silly, but yeah, it's taken me 6 years to get to where I am now, vs 2 years for most other people I see here.
      Being consistent with a simple regiment too, let my hair gradually get to this point on its own. My regiment is washing, deep conditioning (always), moisturising, and trying to put my hair into low manipulation hair styles that can last me at least 3 days, and preferably a week. I have also been trying to get trims at least twice a year.
      I also long term protective style with knotless braids, but that's optional and not something I would encourage. But I think it's helped with length retention in particular.
