My hair density is pretty much like yours.....When i started my hair journey i was inspired by your chanel. I have used Henna on my hair - and i think it strengthens it. Good luck with your hair journey! x

I'm a mix of 4c and 4b, low density (my scalp is sparse), and I have fine strands of hair

Thank you for sharing your hair styles and maintenance. My hair is also 4C and very fine with a similar density. I've never been able to grow my hair past a neck length bob, natural or relaxed. How do you minimize tangles after washing? Am I scrubbing too aggressively? I lose centimeters of growth a month from tangles even though my hair grows 1 centimeter month.

Hi there 😊 do you wear your hair in wash n go's? And out styles maybe, where it rubs off on your clothing collar? If so, maybe try styles that can be pinned up off your shoulders even 75% of the time you have your hair out.
As for tangles after washing, the best tip I've heard is to find products with a lot of slip that will lessen tangles and friction as you handle your hair during wash day. And then once your hair gets longer, you will be able to work in separated sections at a time during detangling that will be less work for you, and hopefully improved length retention too
