I'm used to being pretty active. I have a heal spur inflamed at the moment, so daily tasks like cleaning and talking care of my kids is about all my foot can handle and even at that it's not going well. Somone suggested chair workouts, but I am not one to make up a routine for myself. I was searching in RUclips and found your workouts. I did the 7 min chair blast yesterday and today did this one. I am so happy to find your workouts. I burned 300 calories in 30 minutes doing this Pilates ball chair workout. My heart rate got up to 130 with this workout. I have tendonitis in both achilles so I'm not able to do my usual walking and other exercises. Thank you for your chair workouts! :)

I recently had a stem cell treatment to my bad knee and have been instructed not to do any standing workouts so I tried this wonderful workout and it was a great length (please make more that are 30 mins or greater)! Hi I’m new to Caroline 👋🏼 I recently tore my meniscus in my right knee doing a workout. I didn’t want to let that get me down so I searched seated workouts and I’m SO happy I found you Caroline! This was a great workout, I used my sons sensory ball which was great for my grip 👍🏼 my favorite set was the last one- not bc it was last but bc I really felt it and I pushed myself to use both legs 🌟 Caroline I love your bubbly cheerful attitude and I thank you for what you’re doing. I love you and your videos so much! I have Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, which means my muscles are wasting, but I have been able to do your chair workouts in a modified way. There’s no cure (yet!) but working out can certainly help my muscles improve. You are literally the best coach and you keep me going when I want to stop. I am so happy I found your videos! Thanks for making the chair workouts for people like me who wants to work out but needs it modified. You’re the best!

I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I was feeling depress and my doctor insists that I exercise 30 minutes per day, I saw your videos on diabetic work outs and it gave me hope.
