I wasn't specifically looking for info on the Keto, or HF Carnivore, but I came across some videos from Dr. Eric Burg. He was talking about the butter and ghee thing, animal fat etc, for particular health concerns. Saying that the high fat and he especially mentioned ghee, was often the reason for people's eye problems getting better. I believe it has something to do with absorption of vitamin A, because it is a fat soluble vitamin, as is D, E, and K. I thought...BINGO!
I would never go out to a bar for just country music, but I do like some country music. And I’ll certainly dance to country music if I like it enough. But I don’t do country kind of dancing. Zero line dancing. I can’t imagine anyone enjoying that. Lol.

I’m still learning what works best for me, and my weight loss is slow…but like you I’m just going to stick with the process. This was going to be a 3-month challenge for me, but I feel very well, and NOT experiencing cravings which have had me in their grip for eons is nothing short of miraculous. So we’ll see how it goes, but so far it’s going well for me on this way of eating. And it’s easy to do. By the way, your skin is looking great!
Stick with it, the weight will come, maybe slowly at times, but your overall health and just feeling better come much faster. And it's great for non cooks like me. Can't be simpler. Not easy, but simpler.

I can’t believe the great prices you get on your thrift store finds! Inspired by you, I drove about 20 minutes from my house (because GoodWill is the only thrift store in my town and their prices are too high). Anyway, the second thrift shop I found was even worse than Goodwill! There were very mediocre sweatshirts for $18! Nothing special tops for $7! Jackets for $25! It was crazy! I can go to Target and get brand new clothes for those prices! I’ll keep looking for a good thrift store! I’m on a mission!😂

He is my savior takes care of me like no other man that I know of would do for their wife. I was diagnosed with diabetes (which is a cancer).I have renal failure so I'm on the blink of death every second . Well my hubby takes care of me 24 hours a day. I would be dead without him. I had lost 65 lbs in 1 year .You keep up your butter 🍵 and eating meat. It's your life so enjoy yourself. You and I would be great friends I love to dance also .That is how my hubby and I met. We live in Pennsylvania by Hershey Park and from Pottsville where they make Yuengling beer. Too far to drive to dance the night away with those oldies.Please beware of men alort of predators out there. I love the idea of the pattern on my legs and a solid color shirt , so thanks for sharing that because it never occurred to me to look for colorful fun leggings! Yes with carnivore and keto you will be building some muscle from all the protein you are eating as you lose the weight so you’ll shrink but you might not lose as much on the scale .That’s probably why those pants fit you so quickly at only 10 pounds lost ,so you may find that happens again because your body is restructuring itself. My husband lost three belt loops one time without losing a single pound on keto. Carnivore has even better results. We are mostly carnivore now but not the beef and butter we’l eat all the different meat ,and eggs and a little bit of cheese. But we still eat a little bit of salad and non starchy veggies when we eat out, but at home we eat carnivore. I do want to try the beef and butter ,so that is probably the next thing I will try once we have eaten some of the stuff that we have in the house. I’m very interested in trying that.

Use a rubber band hooked thru button hole, I had surgery and couldn’t get my jeans buttoned and my Dad came up w this idea……works great.

But we still eat a little bit of salad and non starchy veggies when we eat out, but at home we eat carnivore. I do want to try the beef and butter ,so that is probably the next thing I will try once we have eaten some of the stuff that we have in the house. I’m very interested in trying that.
