But what if the original owner that created the restrictive covenants don't own any piece of land and said neighborhood do the restrictive covenant still stand everybody that's in my neighborhood are their own owners most of them didn't even know there was a restrictive covenants out there until I knocked on their door to see if they agree that is okay for me to have a mobile home out there and all of them their own this restrictive covenants agree that I do what I want with my land
i am looking at law sessions in 2015 and the land law and the trusts isn't finished yet. i have finals in these subjects this year what is happening? Ms Heuson have you died?:(

Do you know anything about allodial title and land patents? If so do you know the process of getting a land patent and updating it in your name?
