I am Bangladeshi but can understand your pronouce very much...so I want to thank you from my heart.
She is using a play on words the bank does not give you money because money does not exist. At least not at the bank level. The bank uses a so-called banking entry to fulfill the so-called loan but you never receive any tangible funds.
