This is one of the best builds I’ve seen on RUclips. As a NYer who is tired of sky high rents and no stranger to small living spaces this seems so appealing. Seem to be very good for 1-2 people with a small kid at most - seeing those bookshelves as beds for big kids always take away from the beauty of tiny homes.
