Hi Jason, I believed the premium lot for the lakefront lot will be at least $100,000 - $ 110,000 The private deck will be another additional $ 20,000-$30,000 Let me know if you have any other questions

I know...:)) In SF this home will be at least $ 2-5 Million... I used to live in SF and the housing market is crazy right there...:)) Another reason to move to Sacramento, I guess...:))

It would have been better with narration, explaining what the features and benefits are. Otherwise, it's a video with repetitive music. Also $100,000 for access to a large pond with no where to go except in a circles seems extremely high.
