i don't think so... it dosen't have ingredients that can help to reduce melanin on the skin. but it helps with moisturising the skin.

No cause hyaluronic acid is more so for trans epidermal water loss and hydration. But that’s it because it holds 1000 times it’s weight in water. .. these products are formulate with many ingredients. Especially the NUMBZIN.
